John Naylor is one of founding partners of HNF Property.
Educated in London, he obtained his professional qualifications at Central London University becoming a Chartered Surveyor in 1987. Having worked in virtually every aspect of residential and commercial property over the years, he is now responsible for property management where he finds that his wide range of skills are continually called upon.
John has been actively involved with the RICS both as the secretary for the London Junior Branch Golf Society and the chairman of examiners for candidates taking their APC all of which has taken him throughout the country over the years.
Advising clients on property investment and the best way to manage these as well as dealing with the legal aspects, maintenance and valuation aspects of property he oversees a large team dealing with a large variety of property.
While John would describe himself as a property man through and through enjoying all aspects of the work he does, he discovered cycling when the office team raised £3,500 for charity in 2013. John is now a keen cyclist and golfer, enjoying outdoor activities and a new challenge.

Excellent advice on a very complicated situation
A professional and very efficient company who gave excellent advice on a very complicated situation and saw it through to a very successful conclusion. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very efficient and kept us fully informed
We used HNF to manage the sale of a commercial/residential property. They were very efficient and kept us fully informed.

Concern for the neighborhood and local community
Over the years as owner of a property adjacent to Regent House I have had numerous interactions with HNF property all of which have been very civil, professional and most importantly, both agents and owners have demonstrated a concern for the neighborhood and local community by responding quickly and effectively to problems that have arisen.

A great experience
I had a great experience renting my flat via HNF. They were very professional, and Jay went above and beyond to help me get all sorted by my move-in date (he had me in within 2 days from seeing the flat!).

Courteous and Professional
Although the relationship between Residents Association and Managing Agents can often be challenging, I have always found the staff at HNF Property to be both courteous and professional.

Friendly and helpful
There are some who regard the managing agents of their block of flats as an 'opponent'. Some find their agents to be obstructive and prone to overuse of the word - 'no'. For twenty eight years I found the managing agents of my block to be cheerful, helpful, cooperative, interested, and an ally against the exigencies of life. I like to think they have became friends.

Reliable service
As we live overseas, we feel fortunate in having HNF to look after things in our absence.

Speedy Letting
HNF Property let our flat within 2 days of marketing, we were delighted.

Value for money
I was pleased to find a letting agent that offered genuine value for money with realistic fees.
