  2. A1 or A3 shops required in busy central London areas. Relocation and expansion of successful Victoria operation. Premiums paid for the right opportunity.
  3. Industrial estate investments required throughout the South east for highly acquisitive fund. Lot sizes from £1m to £25m. Funds readily available for the right stock. Part vacant or short leases acceptable. Large single units considered.
  4. West End A1 units required for expanding Burrito concept. No need for A3 as all preparation carried out centrally. Units from 500 sq ft.
  5. Well let investments required for family trust. £2m to invest in 1 or 2 lots. Solid covenants needed. No management intensive stock. Yields can be dry as long term view taken.
